RETURN POLICY

 

It is the consumer’s responsibility to choose their desired product. If the consumer receives a damaged product, they will have a replacement reshipped. All sales are final and exchanges are temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

2.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

 

2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 business days of payment of order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Please give 24 hours for a response from our customer service team.

 

We are not responsible for any missing packages once stated ‘delivered’ to the correct mailing address. The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT (minus shipping cost) and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. 

 

If your package states delivered to your address but is not there, please contact USPS to file a claim.
